For every swap BestDEX queries multiple DEX aggregators in parallel and ranks the results by the amount you actually receive, fees included. Custodial instant exchangers are compared separately. You always see the full listing, not just the winner.

Is BestDEX custodial? Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No and no. There is no sign-up and no balance held by BestDEX. You enter a receiving address and send funds yourself to a verifiable deposit address — or sign an on-chain DEX route in your own wallet. BestDEX is never in the call path and never holds your funds.

What does it cost?

A flat 0.3% integrator fee is built into the DEX quotes you see, so the displayed amount is what you get. Network gas and bridge costs are part of the quoted route.

How long does a cross-chain swap take?

Same-chain swaps confirm within one block. Cross-chain routes typically take 1–5 minutes depending on the bridge; the estimated time is shown next to each quote before you commit.

Do I need to connect a wallet?

No. BestDEX never asks you to connect a wallet. You enter a receiving address; non-custodial native protocols (THORChain, Maya) and instant exchangers settle by deposit address across 15 networks and classic coins like BTC, XMR, DOGE and TON. Why do providers quote different amounts?

Each aggregator taps a different set of liquidity pools and bridges and splits the trade differently. That spread is exactly why comparing matters: on larger amounts the difference between the best and the average route is real money.

How does BestDEX make money?

Through a flat integrator fee built into DEX quotes and standard partner commissions from instant exchangers. Nothing is added on top of a displayed quote, and nobody can pay to rank higher — placement is mechanical.

What happens if a swap fails?

Same-chain swaps are atomic — if the trade can't execute within your slippage the transaction reverts and your funds never leave your wallet. Cross-chain routes are handled by the bridge's own refund mechanics, and every quote shows the provider executing it.
