BestDEX (the "Service") is a non-custodial, informational rate-comparison interface for cryptocurrency swaps, operated by an independent individual and not by a registered company or regulated financial entity. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BestDEX aggregates and displays indicative quotes from independent third-party protocols, aggregators and exchangers, and provides an interface to interact with them. It is an informational and routing tool only.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, market maker, money services business, money transmitter, custodian or financial institution. We do not hold, custody, control or have access to your funds, private keys or accounts at any time.
All swaps execute directly between you, your own wallet, and independent third-party smart contracts or services. We are not a counterparty to, and take no part in, any transaction you choose to make.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction and for your own decisions.
Swaps are quoted and executed by independent third parties (including DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges and instant exchangers), each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for their rates, fees, availability, performance, solvency, security, settlement, refunds or conduct.
Quotes are indicative, are sourced from third-party APIs, may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, and may change before or during execution. We do not guarantee that any quoted rate is correct, executable or honoured.
You are solely responsible for: the security and custody of your wallet, devices, seed phrases and private keys; independently verifying every transaction detail — network, token, contract address, recipient and amount — before signing or sending; paying all network, gas, bridge and provider fees; and the consequences of any transaction you authorise.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and any transaction is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for all tax, reporting and regulatory obligations that apply to you.
Any token can be imported by contract address. Automated safety screening is best-effort, provided by third parties, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You import, hold and trade any token entirely at your own risk, including the risk of scams, honeypots, fake or malicious contracts, and tokens you cannot sell.
Crypto-assets are volatile and high-risk. You may lose some or all of the value involved. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited, and that you are not subject to any sanctions or on any restricted-party list.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion, nor to infringe the rights of others or to interfere with the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT QUOTES OR RATES ARE CORRECT, CURRENT OR EXECUTABLE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ANY CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OR SMART CONTRACT, ANY QUOTE OR ROUTE, NETWORK OR BRIDGE FAILURE, OR MARKET MOVEMENTS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
To the extent any liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you actually paid to the operator for use of the Service (which is typically zero) or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the operator and any contributors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Service creates any fiduciary, agency, advisory, partnership, joint-venture or employment relationship between you and the operator.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time and without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We are under no obligation to maintain the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
