BestDEX is privacy-first and non-custodial. You do not create an account, sign up, or provide personal information to use the Service. This policy explains the limited data involved when you use it.
We do not require or collect names, emails (unless you choose to email us), identity documents or KYC, and we never have custody of your funds, wallet or private keys. We do not sell data.
When you connect a wallet or execute a swap, your public wallet address and transaction are handled by your own wallet and by the relevant public blockchains and third-party providers. Blockchain data is public and permanent and is outside our control.
To fetch live quotes and screen tokens, your selected pair and amount — and, when a wallet is connected, your wallet address — are sent to independent third-party provider APIs. Each third party processes that data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Your preferences (language, theme, slippage, route filters and tokens you import) and your last selected pair are stored in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us; you can clear it at any time via your browser.
The Service does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
If you email support, we use your message and address solely to respond to you and for no other purpose.
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
